  1. Agreed, shipping is terrible, like a lot of stuff these days.

  3. Don’t know if this gives any clues. Bob Johnstone’s site: Former Owners/Locales; San Diego - 1979 Delivered to California 1963
  4. Ok, here’s a survey question. Anyone ever driven around with 4 cups of coffee balancing precariously on their glove box door?
  5. Good one! So I can picture the scenario: “Hey Ernie, open the glove box to see how many seats there are!” Mike
  6. Seatbelts? Mike
  7. I get an occasional squeak out of my brakes after repacking the wheel bearings. I replaced the shims the way they came out. I bought a set of Turner brakes for it but don’t have them installed, hoping that will alleviate the noise. Mike
  8. Thanks Grant, sounds like a procedure. Coffee always helps! Mike
  9. According to the AOAI Membership Roster, there are 116 owners in Florida, 36 in Georgia, 39 in North Carolina, and 24 in South Carolina. Wishing the best to all the folks in those states. Mike
  10. And how are our Florida members doing after last night? Mike
  11. Grant, thanks for the info. So did your car already have the 1” swaybar and you are just replacing the bushings? I’m going from the stock 3/4” to 7/8” front on my 83. I know the new bushings are tight but haven’t tried gooping them up. Anyone have any experiences or thoughts on going with bigger bars? Mike
  12. Grant, have you reinstalled your swaybar, and how big of a battle was that? I have a new 7/8” for the front of mine, and my new bushings need to be opened up also. Mike
  13. I’m 6’5” with size 14 feet and in 73 I drove my 64 Daytona R1 4spd from Spokane to Portland and back in one day, over 600 miles, and I don’t remember any issue with the pedal placement. And, there were four of us in the car! Wish I knew what happened to that car. Mike
  14. Sure like to think it was one of the first three, but……
  15. Beautiful Stefan. Interesting rear view mirror, haven’t seen one like that. Mike
