 Golde Sunroof

Golde (German) sliding sunroofs were/are made of metal (I believe) so I don't think they were used on any year Avantis!

We're still missing one MAJOR item here guys......actually, TWO of them!:o

I believe that Golde also made fabric sunroofs.  I do not believe that they were used on 1973 Avantis.

My Recaro seats were made by REuter CAROsserie Kircheim/Teck Germany.

Recaro's would definitely be one.....but were they an Avanti factory option in 1973?

There's one  (actually two!)..German made items yet to be mentioned folks....and these items were used in Avantis back to '63!

"Original motors have four wires coming out of their cases, and carry the 1960 Ford/Lincoln part number C0LF-14553-A, or Bosch M 05810."

Recaro seats didn't show on the option sheet until about 1980.  They may have been available prior to that but not on printed option sheets updated every year.
