I went with info posted in Avanti magazine issue 205… An authenticity advisor indicated there are four surviving ‘EX’ cars…. You have listed five along with current owners/locations…. regnalbob Posted February 22 Report Posted February 22 The list of 10 EX Avantis compiled by John Hull does not include EX2143. (63R-1006 The Terrible Turkey) EX2143 is the serial number of an engine listed on the roster of Studebaker & Avanti R3/R4/R5 powered cars.
