1) Studebaker…..2) Ford……3) GM…..or…..4) Foreign make

Yep.. you are correct!…….  (81% of respondents owned a 2nd vehicle…..of those 33% owned a GM)

The survey which Regalbob posted is not the 1966 Morrison-Gottlieb survey this trivia question was based on….

Regslbob should post more details concerning his ‘survey’.

Postscript… The survey referred to in this trivia question was sent to a few thousand Studebaker Avanti (new car) purchasers  in mid-March 1966… This questionnaire was sent by William H. Gottlieb, of the New York City Morrison-Gottlieb public relations firm.

According to the results of the survey from MFG Co. Studebaker and not GM is the answer to your question.

If you disagree you can post the page from the Morrison-Gottlieb survey that you have showing that GM is the answer to your question.

Just using regnalbob's listing of the various vehicles owned by the buyers I added up all the GM models and that comes to 399, well beyond the Strudebaker owners. So I have to believe GM is the correct answer to the orignal question.
