mfg Posted July 23, 2018 Report Posted July 23, 2018 The Studebaker Avanti (Loewy) design team spent .....?..... weeks in Palm Springs designing the car. 1) Three........2) Four........3) Five.......or......4) Six
r1lark Posted July 23, 2018 Report Posted July 23, 2018 It was a relatively short timeframe, so I'll say three (3) weeks. Isn't this a repeat question, except last time it asked how many days?
Gunslinger Posted July 23, 2018 Report Posted July 23, 2018 I've seen sources that state it was completed in forty days and other sources say the design team was given forty days to complete the design. I don't believe I've ever seen a quote of five weeks so I'll say six weeks. The actual time may be lost to history or memories which can be wrong or embellished.

studegary Posted July 24, 2018 Report Posted July 24, 2018 It was a little over one month from idea to clay model, so I will say 2) four weeks.
