According to Regnalbob's list, for 22 Avanti owners it was their second Avanti!

That’s pretty cool Mark!

Once again, you are misinterpreting the INTENT of the question… Seems like all other responders understood… and then came Regnalbob!!

I have an idea… how about you posting a few trivia questions of your own instead of continually trolling me?

Wouldn’t that be a more productive way of spending your spare time?

I found, that when anyone does any post about any supposed fact, there will ALWAYS be individuals who check their understanding of the post and compare it to what information that they have.  Since you aren't willing to supply your proof as Regnalbob is requesting, then that lack of action places your responses in question.  You appear to have a lot of time on your hands and spend a lot of it posting trivia stuff on this forum which is fine.  But it also puts you in the face of others and since it is a public forum, then the "others" have the right to verify your claims. Once you complain about being asked by anyone to prove it and you deny that request, then you open up the door for responses like this. Wouldn't that be a more productive way of spending your spare time?

The source I quoted from was mentioned in the ‘Avanti survey’ trivia question. This was explained in the ‘Avanti second’ trivia question.
I’m not exactly sure what other proof you’re looking for….. perhaps you could check with the ad agency itself, although I’m not really sure if they’re still in business.

Feel free to post a few trivia questions of your own….. I started the ball rolling with this trivia section back in 2014, however I always hoped that I wouldn’t be the only person to post questions….Who knows…you may end up with a troll of your very own!!

I'm guessing since Bob actually presented his source then turn about is fair play in asking you to present your source. You have lots of trivia questions but never have you presented your research material to back up your questions.....why not? In this era of "Fake News" facts matter and can't be disputed.

Brad… To me, the issue here isn’t this question itself, but the fact that over the past 10 years a ‘certain person’ will only enter into one of my trivia questions if he sees a chance to correct me….

Perhaps I’m a bit ‘thin skinned’ about it, but I’m simply tired of this sort of behavior.

I started this trivia thing back in 2014 for my own and others casual amusement… and I certainly don’t have all the answers!

Other Avanti forum members who have participated in trivia over the years have brought forward many interesting thoughts just from random questions which I have posted.

Also, although I started the ball rolling, it was always my hope other Avanti forum members would post their own trivia questions… but frankly that has hardly ever happened, so you see continual posts from ‘mfg’…..mainly to keep things rolling!

Over the years I’ve requested that ‘certain person’ to stay off my posts… but he has disregarded my request, and dives in whenever he sees his chance.

Perhaps Avanti Trivia has run it’s course, and the program should simply be retired?…Ed

I'm just an Avanti owner who comes to this site every day to see and read what others have to say or ask questions about. I do not know a lot about the early days of manufacturer and have no clue about much I read here. But I do find MFG trivia questions interesting and sometimes I actually "guess" the correct answer. I enjoy his effort and time to research the questions presented.  So I say Thank You and  hope you continue asking questions.

Thank you Stacey…. No one knows it all… especially me!!

I myself find Avanti trivia extremely interesting when it spurs a forum member like ‘Nelson’, for example, to share some of his vast knowledge and insights…. several others members will also occasionally toss their hats into the ring……

I think this type of  back & forth keeps the interest brewing concerning an automobile first produced sixty three years ago!!!
