Thanks in advance. Nope Mel… has to come apart… but that isn’t too difficult if you place it face down on table and carefully pry the crimped down outer chromed retainer up…. brad Posted October 31 Report Share Posted October 31 Usually it is the mechanical sweep sticking on the ring magnet inside the tach. You will have to center the magnet, and set it with superglue. Usually they hit around 2500 RPM. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
