Nelson Posted May 21, 2023 Report Posted May 21, 2023 First time I saw this post. The floats probably will interchange but under high boost the R2 float has the potential to crush under pressure. If you take an R2 float apart you will find a honey comb support structure inside the float to prevent it from collapsing.
brad Posted May 22, 2023 Report Posted May 22, 2023 R2/3 floats are extremely hard to find. I have in the past, made them by soldering brass pins through the side of the floats to reinforce them.
