Studebaker was in dire economic straits and I would think they not only wanted rain channels to look nice but be as inexpensive as possible considering the base price of the car was kept the same for an added standard feature. The rest comes after that. pb FALSE is the correct answer 1963r2, but I'm a little surprised no one has mentioned what the biggest problem actually was! (adding a gutter not it)....Ideas? Yes, there's no doubt that's why gutters were added to Avantis,...but it doesn't answer the question as to what was the single biggest problem in designing these rain gutters was.
