rknafelc
I'm helping the estate of my aunt & uncle regarding a 1963 Avanti that's located in Elizabeth, CO (outside of Denver). Instead of this car being hauled off for strap, I'm hoping someone can help save it to be driven or used as parts. I'm told that "all the parts are there" in the hay loft that are not attached to the car (in boxes). From the pictures, it shows a body tag # as well as the serial # attached to the frame rail. It also looks as though the supercharger is still with the car. They have not been able to locate any title as of right now. Please contact me if interested. studegary
The Serial Number can't be "63R 599". It is probably 63R 1599, assembled in October 1962.

Appears so, if you click on the picture several times it keeps getting larger and there appears to be just the top of a capital I in front of the five. Alan Blalock
I am wondering if you would possibly have a power steering pump from the motor available for sale. My name is Alan Blalock. Phone # 831-331-1993, or you can message on this site. Thank you for your time.
64studeavanti
If the O.P. does not, I have a couple of spares.
64studeavanti
If you are looking for spares, there is a complete setup from a 62 GT Hawk on ebay for $150. The reach rod and steering box would be different and you could not use the column, but the rest of the parts are usable.
