Studebaker made two versions of the "Studebaker- AVANTI- Corporation" Avanti steering wheel center ornament.........True?

Yes, true is CORRECT!...I have the large print type on my Stude Avanti

Nice photo!......The unpleated dash and dash mounted rearview mirror are also interesting......I believe the prototype Avanti which eventually became the 'Due Cento' had that same dash mounted mirror.

Only prototype Avantis had the dash mounted mirror and the different steering wheel center cap.  Production cars were different...but never say never.  You can never know for sure what Studebaker was doing with Avantis...particularly very early or possibly very late cars to use up parts.
