RQB3263/81/305 YES I DID THIS ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO SUCCESSFULLY ..... Edelbrock alum intake and Holly carb both from Summit....worked fine right out of the box .... be advised you may have hood clearance issues.... i was given a low profile 360 degree open air filter that extends down over the carb a bit to solve the problem.... these are prob available from Summit also ....use RTV and not the worm shaped gasket on the front and rear ends of the block to manifold mating surfaces.... good luck ....see ya on the Boulevard .... Myers stude in Ohio installed the correct shocks on the front of RQB3263 several years ago all good

rqb3263/81/305 zddp was in auto oil until our lovely EPA required its removal decades ago without any consideration for engine life...... however it is not removed from diesel oil....so i just run diesel oil and through in zddp for good measure .... thats my understanding.....thats my story and im sticking to it ..... bill

RQB 3263/81/305 ......I have been for several years now trying to acquire one of the fiberglass chin scoops seen on several Avanti ( two here in Fl).....having located the original manufacturer (George) in Tenn. and actually going there last Thursday to meet him and buy one.... all unsuccessfully..... so even with an extra 350 miles added to my trip I still am no closer to purchasing a scoop..... this by the way includes at very least a dozen phone calls.....
