  1. My 1991 convertible quit running and it appears to be the fuel pump in the tank. Not getting any fuel flow. Other than dropping the exhaust to gain access to drop the tank, is there anything I should be aware of before hand?  It only has maybe 8 gallons of gas so should not be too heavy.  Was hoping a access hole with a cover plate in the trunk for the pump but not there. If anyone has already done this can you let me know what pump part number you used. Thanks

  2. A 100 years ago, well not really that long, but at least 23 years ago we used Booster Dewey, now known as Power Brake Booster Exchange in Washington  state and they would turn an old tired and worn out booster into a functioning new looking unit. We used them a few times and always thought they did an excellent job. Power Brake Booster Exchange Inc.

  3. The bottom photo is what my 1991 window reg looks like. The window repair place in Florida that rebuilt my motors, as I sent both right and left window regulator asm said it was from a 1988 LaBaron, but looking at what you have there is can't be. Even the motor and gear box looks different. Wonder if the motor and gearbox could be modified some to actually work?

Also, if your gas door is up by the rear pillar - battery on left side front - hood opening latch mechanism involves 2 latch rods - outside mirrors not attached to window frames - headlight housing has  metal trim frame used to secure plastic lense  - -  And More  - -  you have the Monte Carlo.  PLUS you have front vent windows and the rear side windows prop open.

This doesn't apply to me as I have a 1991, and battery is on the right side, one prop rod, but have looked at the convertibles with what your saying as the layout.
