mfg Posted September 17, 2018 Report Posted September 17, 2018 To obtain a lower front end, Mike Kelly had...........?.......... installed on the first 1988 Avanti 25th anniversary LSC model. A) A special ground effects package.......B) 2" dropped front spindles.......C) 235X15 low profile front tires
VtMike Posted September 17, 2018 Report Posted September 17, 2018 My wild guess is the low profile tires.

r1lark Posted September 18, 2018 Report Posted September 18, 2018 Since that was a GM 'G-body' chassis, dropped spindles most likely were available and would be an easy way to lower the front end.......so I'll say b) 2" dropped front spindles.

No, the ground effects package didn't lower the front end.

And r1 is CORRECT!....The 2" dropped front spindles indeed did lower the front of the car!
