To obtain a lower front end, Mike Kelly had...........?.......... installed on the first 1988 Avanti  25th anniversary LSC model.

A) A special ground effects package.......B) 2" dropped front spindles.......C) 235X15 low profile front tires

The ground effects package may be what you are looking for,  but it didn't "...lower..." the car's "...front end...", it just made the car's front end appear lower (may have also decreased ground clearance).

Since that was a GM 'G-body' chassis, dropped spindles most likely were available and would be an easy way to lower the front end.......so I'll say b) 2" dropped front spindles.

And r1 is CORRECT!:)....The 2" dropped front spindles indeed did lower the front of the car!
