Rear seatbelts install on 63 Avanti

I don’t see any pre drilled holes for rear seatbelts ? Any particular way to install them. Is drilling direct into the fiberglass correct? Thanks ,Steve

They should be there.

Have a look where the body goes up in front the diff there should be 4 holes. From the outside look underneath the body in front of the diff and you should see 4 individual steel plates riveted to the body. They are what the seatbelts bolt on to.

Yes, Peter is right. You probably can't see them with the carpet in place. At least, I could not. Found them after lifting the carpet.
