Avanti Pulley!

Although factory hi-output Avanti R3 crankshaft pulleys are a different diameter than standard R1-R2 pulleys, they are made out of the same material.....True?

I will say False, since the Sales Letter covering them does not mention a different material.  Of course, this may be a big assumption since the Sales Letter may not go into material.

I'll say false too. When they changed the water pump pulley for the AC kicker kit, they made the new pulley in aluminum. I would guess all the low production non stock items were also the same.

Studegary & Brad are both correct here....Brad is also correct in mentioning the factory H.O. Avanti crank pulley was made of aluminum.
