The first 1967 Avanti ll was/is serial number RQA.......?......

1) 0098......2) 0122.....3) 0138    or.....4) 0159

If I remember the approximate production numbers in thru '66, I'll say the first '67 was RQA0098

I do not think that it is any of the above.  I believe it to be RQA 0117.

The info I have indicates it's one of the four listed above......Can you please explain why you feel the first '67 Avanti ll is RQA0117?

I am going by information that I have had for decades.   I just checked John Hull's book and that also indicates RQA-0117 as the first 1967.

You're info may be more 'solid' than mine Gary.....I'm using an old ad placed by the owner of 1967 Avanti ll RQA 0159, where he claims it's the "21st of 67 Avanti ll's produced in 1967".

If he's right, it would make answer # 3, above, correct!

Sorry, answer #1 is not correct!
