Part C. it is illegal for many professionals to spray. Part D. possesion of non HVLP spray equipment in certain zones is punishable by a $50,000 EPA fine. Acrylic lacquer is the ONLY exterior paint which can be used for a 100% authentic restoration of a Studebaker Avanti,... and it is, of course, still readily available.
