mfg Posted February 18, 2017 Report Posted February 18, 2017 How is it possible that some 'Altman Avantis' were delivered to their first owner with one thousand or so miles on them, but were still considered to be brand new cars?

studegary Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 As long as the car has not been titled and is still on its MSO, it is legally still a "new" car.
