regnalbob Posted May 10 Report Posted May 10 The Transistorized Ignition (Transigniter) was a factory installed option on all 1964 R1 and R2 Studebaker models. For the Avanti it was item 196 and the suggested retail price was $74.00. $57.50 Dealer cost. 3 R1s and 6 R2s were factory equipped.

Do you know the difference between factory installed and dealer installed? All my information is related to factory installed.
