What name is this colour?

This is my 1981 Avanti II before I acquired it from the previous owner. The paint and fibreglass has suffered somewhat in the nearly 10 years I've taken restoring its rusty Frame so it is to be repaired and repainted soon.  Could somebody let me know what this colour is and is there any data to be had appropos its tint makeup, please? It's definitely not gold- more light brown/tan.

Avanti Motors would paint a car any color the buyer wanted...so there are no standard color list to pick from.  Look under the mirror tray in the glove box or on the back of the mirror itself as they often put a sticker with the color there.  The other way to find the original color is to order a build sheet from Nostalgia Motors...the build sheet will also provide the color applied by the factory.  

All that assumes it's still the factory color and not changed by someone over the years.

The original purchase order for an ‘81 Avanti would be available from Nostalgic Motors… That document would identify the exact color ( car make & paint code) for your car… plus much other information.

Apologies- I've posted this thread in the wrong group..  Thanks for the replies Gunslinger and MFG.  It has been hinted to me that the colour is actually a Cadillac line.
