Why do responses go to my spam folder?

I'm using gmail, and all replies to my AOAI posts go straight to spam. I can't find a way on gmail to not filter these, so I am wondering if others have this issue and can help me? Thanks!

In your spam folder you will see a box to the left of the AOAI email. Select (click) the box and above it will appear the wording "not spam". Click on that and the email will be sent to your mail folder and from then on they should show up in the mail folder.

Thanks, but that only works for each email. It doesn't prevent it from happening on the next notification.

Try listing the From address for these posts in your gmail address book or contact list
