Damp carpet on the passenger side floor

I probably posted something about this before but I have looked into this more.

After a couple of rainstorms last year, I noticed that the carpet was damp near the passenger side kick panel.

Well, I took the grille off for the side fresh air vent and the kick panel covering. I ran water down through the sunroof drain and also through the cowl vents.

All the water ran out through the torque box and nothing inside the car so that eliminates those two in my opinion.

Any ideas?

My guess is that the windshield seal is leaking.

Good guess but I did not mention that I sprayed it with water and got no water infiltration. Also, the A-pillars are are not rusty and look like new.
