Skip Lackie Posted August 26, 2014 Report Share Posted August 26, 2014 I would not say that I "know" him, but I know that about 25 years ago the SDC board banned him from advertising in TW or vending at SDC meets. I was the SDC advertising complaint adjudicator at the time, and had to handle a number of fairly serious complaints against Mr Weaver for failure to deliver promised parts.
