AOAI Indiana Chapter member, Constance Erdelac, is offering for sale in an online AUCTION @ Rachael Davis Fine Arts, a Raymond Loewy art portfolio, from the estate of her father, Joe  Erdelac, a former Studebaker dealer. Proceeds from this item being auctioned off will be donated by Constance to the AOAI Indiana Chapter College Scholarship program.  THANKS Constance, for your generosity!

Raymond Loewy (French/American 1893-1986)- Portfolio- consisting of 7 lithographs in color and 1 serigraph and mixed media, 1979, each signed and numbered 9/300 in pencil, published by Circle Fine Art Corporation, Chicago; Titles include- Air Force One; Avanti; E.V.A. Extra Vehicular Activity; Space Maintenance Tax; T-1 Locomotive; Hydrofoil; Skylab; and Moonlanding (serigraph); also included are artist's signature leaf; colophon and list of titles leaf with artist's dedication note to a previous owner, pamphlet and case; prints with very minor cockling at sheet corners/edges, case slightly toned and with minor foxing. 21 x 28'' ea. Thanks for posting this, Lew.  I used to visit Joe and his Avantis.  He owned low mileage, rare Avantis such as R5643 (last Avanti and R3) and a Sears cross country Avanti [for those that do not know about him and his Avantis].
