Unusual to not have power windows on a 1981.  To me, and some others, that will be a plus.  I wish you a lot of luck (it only takes one) at $10K for a 1981 that needs, at least, body work and paint.

I agree with Gary that it's HIGHLY unusual not to find power windows on a 1981 Avanti ll........and I do not mean that not having them is a negative!
