Studebaker engineers insisted that ......?..... carburetor screws be sealed with Permatex #2 (or something similar) when re-assembling a carb used on a supercharged Avanti.

1) Four......2) Eight......3) Ten.....or.....4) Twelve

I'll say ten. All of the venture screws (there's 8 of them) and the front and back middle air horn screws.

Well, then, IF they also want the accelerator jet nozzle screws sealed, then it would be 12.

And, of course,  Studebaker engineers did indeed want those two little rascals sealed!.....Twelve is CORRECT!:)
