1) $ 89.75.......2) $105.60.......3)$ 139.75.....or.....$ 154.50

The AM radio was $85 in an Avanti (mandatory option).  I do not remember the  price of the AM/FM, so I will guess 2) $105.60.

Wow, that was an expensive option in 1963.  An R2 could be had for $210.
