chuck
It's time to replace RQB-3553's radiator. I recored it 16 years ago but now it really needs to be replaced. What's the best bet for a new radiator-I can handle fabrication of brackets for mounting? chuck RQB-3553

silverstude
I used this one. http://www.universalpartsinc.com/shopping/productDetails.aspx?i=750621&c=0 Fits like a glove. You have to use 1/2" aluminum angle to fab brackets. You can even use the original fan shroud. Mine doesn't have an internal oil cooler, but I bought it 4 years ago. They may now.. This is a GREAT tip!!.....Lighter than the brass original, very reasonable price,...and perhaps better cooling ability? silverstude, tell us, does this radiator cool as well as the original did?....In your opinion? WayneC
New radiators are available from vendors, but expensive: http://www.studebaker-intl.com/PDF/Cooling.pdf Check these prior discussions of the topic: http://www.aoai.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=2710&hl= http://www.studebaker-info.org/tech/SOB/sdc46421m.html And, I downloaded a more through write-up by Avanti83 back in 2013 that I'll be happy to forward to you if you'll send me a private message with your email address. He used a 19x26 generic aluminum radiator. Edited November 22, 2015 by WayneC
