Hi,
Is it big difference in sound? Glass Pack Mufflers with the open louver facing to engine or to rear?
I think to install open louver to front.

Good question. Probably more efficient with the lovers facing away from engine. Is the muffler marked front or rear? Is that one of the factory glass packs?

This is from Nostalgic Motor Cars. No marks on muffler. Sold like this "replaces glass pack P#1557754." I asked how to install this. Dan B. told that it is possible to use both way. I understand this that glass pack has more resistance when "gills" are open towards engine/flow.

Here is the answer. So my first idea and photos where correct or at least good if you dont want to have very loud sound and work like no resistance at all.

Makes sense. I think I would install them opposite of the recommended method. As you say, less resistance, more power and probably more noise.
