One more thing, Heater valve control cable too stiff

The heater valve cable on my 87 is so hard to move I keep pulling off the handle on the lever.  I see the panel is 87 Chrysler  and Dodge truck.  But I have looked everywhere online and can't find a new cable.  Has anyone else found a source?  The valve itself is new and moves freely.

My guess would be that the cables are custom made for Avanti. Get a universal choke cable from any auto parts store and make your own.
