plwindish
True, also on the trunk. Steve Blake removed the II designation after he took control of Avanti Motors. Edited February 22, 2015 by plwindish

Gunslinger
The first couple of Avanti II prototypes had a circular decal or sticker with the "II" emblem. Early sales materials show it clearly. Whether they may have had the stickers replaced with the chrome emblems I don't know, but they were used at least long enough for promotional photography at the beginning. mfg
Gunslinger is correct here...and at least one early Avanti ll (with the round sticker) was sold....probably more. A good example of this is on the front cover of 'AVANTI MAGAZINE' Issue 141, 2008 Answer....FALSE!
