On 8/7/2014 my bank sent a check for membership renewal to ,P O box 1743 Maple Grove MN 55311.

They didn't get it due to a wrong PO number.

On 10/7/2014 another check was sent to P O Box 1715 Maple Grove MN. 55311.

It hasn't been cashed.

I've tried calling, 1-763-420-7829 to check on the status of my membership. All I get is a Fax Machine sound.

What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps you have been denied membership because you are selling your Avanti. Might want to try Cornerstone (763 420 7829) rather than their confusing fax number.

If all else fails call Lewis S. at 314 298 9991. He runs AOAI.

Lew is editor of Avanti Magazine...not President of the AOAI.

I didn't say he is president. I said he "runs" AOAI like he is the only senior spokesperson who inhabits this forum, is the editor and publisher of the magazine, and I I believe the only paid employee of AOAI except Cornerstone which manages membership. He also gathers the photos and publishes the annual calendar which is terrific.
