I'm looking for a driver side(left)interior air vent grate. It's down by the kick panel.

The frame around it is OK, but the louvers are busted. It's plastic.

I believe the 64 is different from the 63, but not sure.

Also Sunvisors for same car

The cutoff for two different air vent grates is Avanti R4892, like so many other changes instituted. The earlier grate is simply a metal screen...you can probably find something at a hardware store that you can cut and use. The later plastic grate can likely be picked up from Nostalgic Motors or other vendors. They'll probably have pre-cut screening for the earlier type as well. It sounds like you have the later design...either from the factory or someone has updated it at some point.

Sunvisors? If someone was reproducing them they could pretty much make a mint as so many cars need them replaced. You can check the regular vendors to see if they might have any good used in stock. Outside of that you'll have to find someone who is parting a car out. Sunvisors are probably among the first trim parts asked for. Depending on how bad yours are, they might be restored by some upholstery specialists with the proper equipment and training.

I did see just a screen in the tech manual. So I should not have a grate, because mine is a R2585. just the screen

Also, my upholstery guy is going to work with those sunvisors.

Thanks Bruce, you are a true friend

Phantom redid my sunvisors...got rid of all the cracks. They did a nice job.

Judging from their ads in Turning Wheels, they might also reproduce them.

Nice folks, give them a try.
