How are rankings on this forum calculated. I seem to have more "badges" than a lot of others who have contributed a lot more than I ever will

  I think it just depends on how many posts you make. The rankings were reset sometime last year when I updated the forum software, so some who have posted a lot, but not recently would show less than you.
