  1. Hi mgf, This is great. Thanks to you and to whole AOAI members.👏
  2. Thank you mfg 👍
  3. I sprayed consol both side totally 2 layer Lizars Skin. Actually I used this total body front area inside and underside + firewall inside. https://lizardskin.com/heat-protection/ 4-speed shifter, console and firewall are no longer hot.
  4. Got your email. 👍
  5. As I understand it, the dana 44 ring and pinion has different versions for different makes and models. As well as different carriers. I have been in contact with many dealers and the manufacturer (Yukon Gears) and nowhere have I found a Ring Gear and Pinion for a Stude 1963 model with the same dimensions. Maybe 1988 is its own thing. If someone knows more, it would be good to understand.
  6. I like to buy your #537637 Ring Gear and Pinion 3.31. email to me leo@belik.fi
  7. Please keep it for me. Can you send your email address to leo@belik.fi

Is there somebody who can sell me correct Ring and Pinion? Is it possible to use other that 10 spline Pinion with new yoke?
  9. Like Ronmanfredi wrote. Check this might be missing or broken: https://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll?parta~partsort
  10. Mark L... This picture is before cleaning. Here you see dark fragile (frosty) area which has been there very long time.
  11. mgf... Not at all 🙂 As you can see. There is a fragile area in the metal with a wavy pattern. A manufacturing defect in the hardening, which however lasted for decades until it gave way with normal movement. It's a wonder it took this long.
  12. Hi, This might also be of interest to this forum. I wrote about this on Facebook. When I left the traffic lights (standard way) the rear axle pinion broke as you can see in the pictures. I think the best estimate is that it is a manufacturing defect (hydrogen embrittlement during manufacturing) that has lasted for decades. I don't think the warranty is valid anymore 🙂
  13. I jut send you PM and I see that behind envelope. Plese send me new one 😃
  14. There is a letter icon in the top corner.
