Production Order arrived, what's it mean?

I ordered a production order sheet from the Studebaker National Museum for my project, 63R2302, or 'that piece of junk' as my wife likes to refer to it.

Is the 763 ELV the interior color? Most of the interior pieces are two tone tan (fawn?).

I don't know where it is now, but it started out in Ohio. How are the torque boxes and frame?

I bought it from the seller in Columbus, OH and it's in Belleville, IL now, across the river from St Louis. The PO gave it a double rotissarie restoration, and passed away before it could be finished. The bottom of the shell is painted the correct Avanti red and the frame, engine, and transmission are restored. It is a few months away from getting the topcoat painted. I am aiming to have it complete for the South Bend meet in 2017!
