IndyJimW Posted August 19, 2007 Report Share Posted August 19, 2007 I’ve got my A/C retrofitted and up and running again, but I just don’t like the controls and positions that my ’87 Avanti offers. I know that some of you have replaced the core unit with an aftermarket unit like Vintage Air, etc. What I would like to know, are you satisfied with the operation of the new unit compared with the original, or was it a waste of time and money?
