So what's so special about 1963 Studebaker Avanti 63R2837?

I remember that car from a thread in the AACA forum. Supposedly it was the first Avanti delivered in North (I think) Dakota. The original owner was looking for it.

I'll see if I can dig up the thread on the AACA site.
