This one sent me to my archives.

The closest thing I had was an Avanti convertible brochure/price list effective 1/1/1985. The 'Touring Coupe Package' (yes, this was the exact wording on the convertible price list!) was $1695.

Based on this, I'll say the 1984 Touring Coupe package was $1635.
