When Jim Bunting headed up AVX, after 3.5 cars he knew that he was not set up for or able to do production.  Bill Lange's shop wasn't big enough and he didn't have enough employees.  Therefore, my answer to the question, as posed, is four, but that is not one of your choices.  I will say 1) 25 and wonder what your answer is based on.  Also, there is no such thing as an "Avanti AVX".
