murph the surf Posted November 14, 2017 Report Posted November 14, 2017 What was Studebaker's warranty philosophy on their R3 production cars?
studegary Posted November 14, 2017 Report Posted November 14, 2017 "We offer no warranty on this engine because of the highly specialized conditions of its use."
murph the surf Posted November 14, 2017 Author Report Posted November 14, 2017 You're right-Studebaker's philosophy was, since they were selling an assembled vehicle, and not just an engine, that they would warranty the car,but not the R3 engine powering the car.
