False

False is incorrect!......Does anyone know why?

TRUE is the correct answer here......Although the '61-'62 Studebaker V8 four speed clutch housing was designed to accommodate the 'Chevy-GM' pattern Studebaker T-10 gearboxes only, the later ('63-'64) Studebaker T-10's (with the 'Ford style' mounting pattern) can be used with it as the later style mounting bosses, although not drilled & tapped at the factory, still exist, and it would be a simple matter to mount the later transmission onto the earlier ('61-'62) four speed clutch housing, center it on its input shaft bearing retainer, and then drill & tap the four new mounting holes!

My initial answer was based on the assumption of using it as-is, not drilling and tapping to modify it to work..

Well, all I can tell you is if a trivia question seems too easy, it's probably a good idea to take a second look at it!!
