Although a Studebaker Avanti's automatic choke mechanism is normally adjusted with the engine 'cold', there is also a method of accurately setting it with the engine fully warmed up.......True?

You can make sure that the choke is fully open, but I do not see how you could "accurately" set it with a warm engine.
