wayne shabaz Posted Sunday at 12:18 PM Report Posted Sunday at 12:18 PM I'm investigating an '81 Avanti II in rough shape. But I can't pull out the hood release cable. Any suggestions? Thank in advance.
Guy Posted Sunday at 01:32 PM Report Posted Sunday at 01:32 PM Drip oil onto cable housing down the lenght of it, housing is coiled steel oil will seep in no problem. In the event that doesnt work there are rubber plugs up in the fender wells you can stick a screwdriver up into and release the latches, one on both sides. Guy
