The acceleration rate of the valves in a Studebaker Avanti R1 engine is …..?….. times greater than that of the lifters and pushrods.

1) 1 1/4…..2) 1 1/2…..3) 1 2/3….or …..4) Same rate

I'd say #2, the rocker arm ratio.
