mfg Posted Saturday at 12:26 AM Report Posted Saturday at 12:26 AM There’s another thread on this forum from someone who wants to find a Stude Avanti ‘tilt’ steering column. This reminds me of an acquaintance who, years ago, purchased a ‘67 Avanti ll just to obtain a tilt column which he removed and installed into his ‘ultra mint’ ‘64 Stude Avanti! The conventional column from his ‘64 went into the Avanti ll…. which he promptly resold!! PS… There’s a YouTube video (My Car Story) featuring this ‘64 Avanti named (something like) ‘64 Studebaker Avanti, supercharged and Turquoise.
AG-R3 Posted Saturday at 04:02 PM Report Posted Saturday at 04:02 PM I used a tilt column for a 96-ish chevy van. It was the correct length and used the same rag joint / bolted right up

Nelson Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago I imagine you’re looking for an original 64 setup that will take the original Avanti steering wheel. I know Studebakers spline count is different than any of the others. These setups are very rare.
