studegary Posted September 21, 2015 Report Posted September 21, 2015 False - I believe that car was Avanti White. The early prototypes were either Avanti Gold or Avanti White. I can only find NY Auto Show pictures in black and white just now and the Avanti looks more like white than gold. It was displayed on a turntable.

Correct!....The NY Avanti was painted 'Avanti White'!
