Fuse box

Hello we recently got our first Avanti a 1979 and was wondering where the fuse box is The radio doesn't turn on and the fuel guage doesn't work Thank you

Look under the drivers side of the dash at the top left.  That’s a very common place in older cars for fuse boxes.  The radio may possibly have a fuse in its hot line…depending on the brand.

If you have a Blaupunk cassette radio, there will be 2 inline fuses, both accessabile underneath the dash cup holder or blank panel.  The radio would most likely have a small square amp sitting on top of it which then means that there are 2 inline fuses to check.   The fusebox is where Gunslinger said it would be.
