I'm the new custodian of R4812, an R1 with an automatic transmission and an Edelbrock carb.

When I compared my vacuum hose set-ups to the authenticity manual and other sources, it was clear that things were all wrong. I've managed to sort out some connections, but I'm unclear about others.

The attached photos have labels with my questions. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

In the second photo, #3, the PCV hose, goes to the #4 port by the brake booster, and the port on the rear of the carb is plugged. You are correct in saying that #2 goes to the vacuum gauge. At least that is how my car is.
